2006 Food Booth Requirements:

 

  1. Each Food Booth must have a Current Food License and Food Handlers Card.

  1. Each Food Booth must have Proof of Insurance with application. (For exceptions please call Gary)

 

2006 General Fair Rules:

 

1.      All booths are to be manned during Fair hours.

Friday, August 4th and Saturday August 5th Hours: Buildings 10:00 AM-9:00 PM, Fair 11:00 PM

Sunday, August 6th Hours 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

 

2.      Decorations to be used in the booth are to be non-flash flammable.

3.      Extension cords are to be three prong U-L Approved. 

4.      NO SMOKING in the buildings at all times.

5.      Western Oregon Exposition and members of the board are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  We do have night security and the buildings are locked up at 9:00 PM

6.      Due to limited space, all booths must be the size stated on the application.

7.      No coffee pots, fans or heaters in commercial booths, except for food booths.

8.      There must be one English speaking person, and an adult that can make decisions about that booth available at all times.

9.      All booths must remain open during all fair operating hours and the duration of the fair.  Participants may not remove booth setup or products until the fair closes at 6:00 PM on Sunday.  Your Duration fee will be returned on Sunday at 6:00 PM

10.  All booth space rentals must be paid with application.

11.  The Fair Board reserves the right to reject applications.

12.  All booths must be set up by 8:00 PM, Thursday, August 3rd unless other arrangements have been made in advance. 

Inside booths:

Someone will be available for setup from 9:00AM to 12:00 & 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, August 3rd.

Judging will take place Thursday from 12:00 to 4:00 and buildings will be closed.

Outside booths:

Someone will be available for setup from 9:00AM to 8:00 PM Thursday, August 3rd.

 

If there is a need to bring equipment, trailers, or other large items earlier than that arrangements must be made in advance.
