FOOD BOOTH RULES
1. Must have a "food License
and Food Handlers Card"

GENERAL RULES
1. All booths are to be
manned during Fair hours:
Friday
10am to 10pm
Saturday
10am to 10pm
Sunday
10am to 6pm
2. Decorations to be used
in the booth must be "non-flash flammable".
3. Extension Cords must be
three (3) prong U-L Approved.
4. NO SMOKING in the
buildings at any time.
5. The Fair Board will NOT
be responsible for lost or stolen items. We do have night security
and the buildings are locked after 10pm.
6. Due to limited space,
ALL booths must be the size stated on the application.
7. No coffee pots in the
commercial booths, EXCEPT for food booths.
8. There must be one English
speaking person, and one adult that can make decisions about the booth
available at all times.
9. All booths must remain
for the duration of the Fair. Booth can not close down until the Fair closes
at 6pm on Sunday.
10. All booths space rentals must
be paid with applications.
11. The Fair board reserves the
right to reject applications.
12. all booths must be set up by
August 5th, 2004 at 8pm. Unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. |
